Blacksmith forging a blade

HANDCRAFTED WITH FIRE & STEEL

Forged by Hand. Built to Last.

Each blade is born from fire, shaped by hammer, and finished with an obsessive attention to detail. No two knives are alike.

OUR PROCESS

The Art of the Blade

01

The Forge

Raw steel is heated to over 2,000 degrees in our coal forge. The metal glows white-hot, becoming malleable and ready to take its new form under the hammer.

02

The Shaping

Each blade is drawn out by hand on the anvil. Hundreds of precise hammer strikes give the steel its profile, taper, and character. No two blades are identical.

03

The Finish

After heat treatment and tempering, each knife is ground, hand-sanded through progressively finer grits, and fitted with a handle chosen to complement the blade.

Tip

The foremost point of the blade. Ground to a fine taper for piercing and detail work. Geometry here determines the knife's ability to score and initiate cuts.
